In December 2022 Grande Park Homeowners elected the first homeowner member board. The board is a group of volunteers that give their time to assure Grande Park remains a great place to live. The HOA Board is currently assessing budgets, contracts, and policies. Please be patient while the board works on these items which have been managed by various development companies for the past 20 years. The Grande Park HOA is a non-profit organization registered in Illinois under “Grande Park Community Association”.
